SLEDDING:
There is great sledding up here, so bring your sleds, we do not provide any. There MAY be donor sleds
but no guarantee and we don't maintain them.
Babies: Pullilng kids on sleds is a great time, there are some short rather flat areas in
and around the cabin for that, mind that you share the road with snowmobiles, fourwheelers and occasional traffic. Some times
kids will make a sledding run in the trees infrom of the cabin as well.
Kids: So kids in general will have a blast sledding
on the road downhill from the cabin; this is at your own risk, they MUST be supervised and we recommend an adult at the top
and bottom as there are occasional vehicles. Passing snowmobiliers and four wheelers are usually courteous and slow
down, but that is not a guarantee. SUPERVISE! The hill is really long if you do both parts, it is steep enough for a
great time especially with the kids and tweens. A few laps on it and the little ones will be ready for hot cocoa
and early bed!
The Big Hill: There is a huge hill that is scary at times for those inclined, it is about 1/2
mile from the cabin and is a section of road too steep to maintain so it is blocked off. You can access the top and
bottom by vehicle, while there seems not to be any parking you are able to shuttle by vehicle, it is wide enough that half
is usually used as the path for shuttling upp and down the hill with snowmachines or fourwheelers (4 wheel drive ones recommended).
This hill can be very fast, have adults with kids please. We send GPS coordinates and a map to get to it when you
book. Bring your own sleds.
Offsite: There is tubing in Park City where you have a tow line and it is like a little resort
for tubers, some people love it.
