season (Oct, Nov, April, May) midweek can get down around $200 per night or if you stay a weekor lowest ra AVERAGE RATES: $299-330 per night is our average per night rate
during high season. If you stay longer your rate goes down. BASED
ON 18: Rates are based on 18 people, if you have more than 18 breathing people there is a per head rate up to our max, 29 MINIMUM STAY: We have minimum stays, weekends usually 2 nights, holidays vary, exceptions exist but these are rare, just ask :) |

CLEANING: Out
cleaning, one time based on group size; prepares"hotel ready" including hot tub servicing, towells, bedding, etc..
or clean it yourself. Groups of 1 to 18 are $145, groups 18-20 are $165, and so forth... for normal cleaning, if you are wanting
an immaculate pristine place and you missed the idea of this being a cabin then we can accommodate and that does cost more.
Yes you can clean it yourself, however you are on vacation, why would you want to? We hire it out and it takes
the pros 8 hours to get it done... contact us if you still want to talk about cleaning it yourself, as it still is not totally
free... INTERNET: Internet
is available at $25 for your full stay; wired or wireless! TAX: UT Sales Tax
& Hotel Tax; result is around 11% Check IN / Check OUT: Check-in
4pm, out is 11am. You may buy an early "in" or late "out" for $99 for first one and $150 for
both, early-in is 6am and late-out is midnight. ATVs, Snowmobiles: You will need ATV passes for
anything w/o a state issued license, $12 ea and up. Click on the applicable pages on the left DEPOSITS: We capture an authorization
much like when you rent a car, $600 is typical for most groups.
